With Halloween just around the corner, I had to make some trick or treat treat. Ok, that's a lie.
These weren't supposed to be Halloween treats, they're S'mores cupcakes that lost their way. The graham cracker crust underneath completely blended with the cupcake (yuum) and I overbeat the Italian meringue. So for half the cupcakes, I just roasted chocolate marshmallows on top of them, sprinkled with graham cracker crumbs, drizzled with chocolate, and topped it all off with a Hershey's bar. Happy Halloween!:)

For the cupcake, I used Hershey's "Perfectly Chocolate" Chocolate Cake.
Once the cupcakes were cooled, place jet-puffed mallows on top of the cupcakes and torch them. Or put it in the broiler for a minute or two. Squish them a bit after so they become gooey. Top with candies and chocolate and ganache!
